The Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, and technology, are owned by CareCall OS or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your business purposes only.

You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or transmit through the Services ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Services.

7.3 Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback without any obligation to compensate you.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@carecallos.com or through your account settings. Termination takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Your account is involved in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Payment is overdue or fails repeatedly
• We are required to do so by law or legal process

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable period. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12.2 Jurisdiction and Venue

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12.3 Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@carecallos.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and CareCall OS regarding the Services.

13.2 Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or via email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
